Social Media Manager (SMM) at TOO Kimikosoft

We are looking for a creative strategist to manage and grow our brand presence across global platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Content: Develop scripts, storyboards, and high-conversion copy.
• Production: Brief design teams and manage publishing across IG, TikTok, YT, and Pinterest.
• Trends: Research culture/memes and adapt them to our Tone of Voice.
• Analytics: Track ER, CTR, and reach; perform competitor benchmarking.
Requirements:
• 1–3+ years in SMM or Digital Marketing.
• Proven track record with commercial accounts.
• Deep understanding of platform algorithms.
• Ability to create actionable briefs for freelancers/designers.
• English C1+(written & spoken); Russian C2+
Nice to have:
• Experience in international markets, Edutainment, or Children’s products.
