What you will do

• Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies tailored for the Chinese academic landscape.
• Drive lead generation and submission attraction through targeted digital marketing campaigns (SEO, email, social media).
• Lead the localization of all marketing campaigns and collaterals, and coordinate event participation in China.
• Provide strategic marketing support and localized toolkits to Journal Teams and Editors.
• Track, analyze, and report on the performance of China-focused marketing activities.

Requirements

• 2-5 years’ experience in digital or full-cycle product/journal marketing, with a proven track record of success in the Chinese market.
• Deep understanding of the China digital ecosystem, including hands-on experience with WeChat, Baidu, SEO.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
• Skilled in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation (e.g., Marketing Cloud).
• Strong analytical skills for translating data into actionable strategies.
