What you will do

• Get to know your product development team and become familiar with product, technologies, systems, architecture, processes, and practices.
• Support your product development team with deep code reviews, guiding towards better system quality and engineering practices.
• Participate in shaping new features by engaging in PoCs, breaking down technical scopes, and commencing work on team deliveries.
• Participate in strategic cross-product engineering initiatives and help product development teams make pragmatic technical decisions.
• Increase your impact beyond your product development team to the whole engineering team and beyond.

Requirements

• Daily use of AI tools (e.g., coding copilots, LLM-based design assistants, automation agents) and ability to integrate AI reasoning and automation into workflows.
• Fluency in Python (preferably Django) with experience managing large-scale production systems and building REST APIs.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as TypeScript and React (or Vue.js).
• Skill in performing and validating AI-assisted code reviews, critically evaluating LLM outputs for correctness and context.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A passion for learning, experimenting, and turning new AI tools into practical, repeatable workflows.
