What you will do

Lead the technical direction and architecture for AI/ML projects involving LLMs.
Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI solutions on AWS.
Mentor and guide a team of AI/ML engineers.
Ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of AI models and systems.
Collaborate with product teams to define technical requirements and roadmaps.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior AI/ML Engineer.
Strong expertise in AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and development.
Deep practical experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
Proficiency in AWS cloud services for MLOps and solution deployment.
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to guide technical teams.
English: B2 required
