What you will do

• Embed security into the software development lifecycle through design reviews, threat modeling, and secure code reviews for JavaScript and Python codebases.
• Architect and implement Zero Trust security controls for cloud infrastructure and service communication.
• Build and maintain secure-by-default tooling, templates, and guardrails for developers.
• Secure AI workflows and pipelines against prompt injection, data leakage, and abuse.
• Develop and maintain vulnerability management pipelines and drive fixes with engineering teams.
• Automate security processes in CI/CD including secret scanning, artifact signing, and policy-as-code checks.
• Collaborate with information security team to ensure compliance and automate evidence collection.

Requirements

• Must be based in Stockholm and work onsite 5 days a week.
• 7+ years in software engineering with strong cybersecurity interest, or 10+ years in security engineering/product security roles.
• Ability to produce production-grade code.
• Experience securing AI workflows and knowledge of adversarial AI threats.
• Hands-on experience with cloud security, preferably Azure, and Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Pulumi or Terraform.
• Understanding of Zero Trust architecture and secure SDLC practices.
• Strong collaboration skills to influence design and deliver secure features.
