What you will do
- Contribute to the development and execution of brand identities, from early concepts to visual execution.
- Support the creation of brand narratives and creative routes, translating strategic input into visual expressions.
- Collaborate closely with strategy, product, and technology teams in multidisciplinary project setups.
- Help translate brand strategies into cohesive digital products and brand experiences across touchpoints.
- Prepare and refine design materials for internal reviews and client presentations.
- Contribute to design systems that act as operational brand platforms rather than static guidelines.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in brand and visual design, ideally in a studio or agency environment.
- A portfolio showing strong visual skills, curiosity for brand systems, and conceptual thinking.
- Solid understanding of visual identity principles, typography, layout, and color across digital and physical applications.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of design systems and digital products, and how brands scale across platforms.
- Familiarity with structured brand development phases, from exploration to implementation.
- Good communication skills in English (German is a plus).
Nice to have
- Experience or strong interest in AI-assisted tools, automated workflows, and emerging design software.
- Basic understanding of motion design and how it supports brand expression in digital contexts.
- Awareness of accessibility standards and their relevance for brand and design systems.
