What you will do

• Analyze target markets, including market size, trends, and growth potential.
• Design and conduct quantitative and qualitative research on target audiences, products, and brands.
• Analyze competitors, funnels, and identify ways to eliminate bottlenecks.
• Run and evaluate experiments and A/B tests.
• Participate in forecasting key marketing, product, and business metrics.
• Generate and test growth hypotheses in collaboration with the team, and present research findings.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a similar role within a product or IT company.
• Hands-on experience in conducting and analyzing surveys and interviews, coupled with knowledge of various marketing research methods.
• Strong understanding of marketing and product metrics (LTV, ROI, ROMI, CPA, CAC, CPM, ARPU, ARPPU) and customer segmentation approaches (ABC, RFM, etc.).
• Practical experience in mathematical statistics and probability theory, including trend, pattern, correlation, and regression analysis.
• Conversational English at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau.
