What you will do

• Provide phone and email support, including invoice and administrative assistance
• Qualify inbound leads and generate new sales opportunities
• Manage sales pipeline and entire sales process (senior role)
• Engage with diverse stakeholders such as teachers, headmasters, media advisors, and government contacts
• Collaborate closely with finance and customer service teams
• Contribute to sales strategy and forecasting (senior role)

Requirements

• Very good German language skills
• Experience in inside sales, customer service, and/or K12 education
• Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving processes
• Proactive attitude and good handling of finance-related tools
• English proficiency (job posting in English)
