What you will do

  • Drive adoption, implementation, and optimization of Digital Experience Management platforms like Nexthink and Systrack.
  • Translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations and measurable outcomes.
  • Define clear value propositions, use cases, and ROI for deployments.
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to ensure alignment.
  • Lead structured delivery across the entire lifecycle – from discovery to go-live and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and SME for DEX capabilities and best practices.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, or Kolkata
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Nexthink, Systrack, or similar DEX/EUEM tools.
  • Ability to analyze digital experience data and articulate insights clearly.
  • Proven track record in project management and structured delivery.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Background in consulting, service delivery, business analysis, or technical program management.
