What you will do

• Build machine learning models and translate them into software solutions.
• Develop and optimize GenAI algorithms and architectures.
• Work with NLP, LLM-based systems, and AI agents.
• Implement RAG pipelines and vector database solutions.
• Optimize GenAI workloads for edge devices using xPU accelerators.
• Collaborate on UX/UI and prompt engineering to enhance human-AI interaction.

Requirements

• Must be located on-site in Shanghai, China
• 8+ years of AI/ML algorithm development experience
• 3+ years experience with NLP, LLM, or AI agent development
• Strong Python skills and experience with frameworks like LangChain, HuggingFace
• Experience with local LLMs and fine-tuning open-source models
• Excellent problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset
