What you will do

• Own configuration, performance, and continuous optimization of fraud models, rules, thresholds, and decision logic
• Be accountable for fraud KPIs and drive performance improvements
• Conduct impact and root-cause analysis to support data-driven decisions
• Translate operational insights and risk appetite into detection and mitigation actions
• Collaborate with Machine Learning, Product, Compliance, and Operations teams to align fraud detection frameworks
• Contribute to fraud-related policies, procedures, and risk documentation

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in Stockholm, Sweden
• Several years of experience in fraud prevention, analytics, or risk management in financial services or fintech
• Strong understanding of fraud typologies, detection strategies, and risk control frameworks
• Proven ability to own performance metrics and drive measurable improvements
• Highly analytical with ability to translate complex data into clear insights
• Comfortable working with rules-based controls and machine learning models
• Confident communicator for technical and non-technical stakeholders
