What you will do

• Drive long-term financial strategy supporting profitable growth and value creation
• Lead end-to-end M&A processes including buy- and sell-side activities
• Oversee financial governance, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team supporting global operations
• Partner with CEO and executive team on business planning and strategic decisions
• Support cross-functional alignment and clarity in decision-making

Requirements

• Must have 10+ years in senior finance roles (CFO or VP Finance level)
• Experience in M&A transactions and financial modelling
• Background from VC- or PE-backed companies
• Experience with international tax, treasury, and multi-jurisdictional compliance preferred
• Hands-on experience with US market operations and cross-border finance
• Fluent in English; Swedish is a plus
