What you will do

• Design and deliver scalable generative AI services for thousands of tenants in production.
• Drive system efficiencies via automation including capacity planning and performance tuning.
• Participate in on-call rotations for critical issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, Data Scientists, and Researchers to design and prototype innovative AI technologies.
• Engage in team discussions on complex AI and system topics.

Requirements

• 6+ years of ML engineering experience building AI systems or distributed services.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related STEM field.
• Experience with distributed microservice architectures on AWS, GCP, or other public clouds.
• Proficiency in JVM languages (Java, Scala) and Python.
• Experience with containerized deployment using Kubernetes and related technologies.
• Strong skills in distributed systems, data storage, messaging, and processing frameworks like Kafka, Spark, Docker, Hadoop.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of MLOps workflows and ML infrastructure components.
• Experience with machine learning models for business applications.
• Familiarity with Sagemaker, Tensorflow, Pytorch, Triton, Spark, or similar large-scale ML technologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
