What you will do

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitOps, GCP, Azure DevOps, and Jenkins.
• Develop and automate infrastructure as code across multi-cloud environments including GCP and Azure.
• Build, deploy, and operate containerized services ensuring health, security, scalability, and high availability.
• Integrate tools and APIs to streamline operations across AI/ML and virtual agent ecosystems.
• Develop automation scripts using Python, Shell, and Java/Groovy.
• Monitor system health, implement alerting, troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years experience as DevOps or Site Reliability Engineer in cloud environments.
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, containerization, and orchestration (Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficient in Python and at least one scripting language (Shell, Java, Groovy).
• Experience with GCP and/or Azure cloud platforms and cloud networking/security best practices.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting AI/ML platforms, MLOps workflows, or virtual agent systems.
• Familiarity with multi-cloud architectures and additional cloud providers.
• Exposure to security automation, compliance, or reliability engineering best practices.
