What you will do

• Lead a squad of 2–4 engineers to deliver measurable product impact in ClipCrop.
• Translate high-level goals into experiments, success metrics, and incremental deliveries.
• Design AI-first workflows combining people, AI, and code for automated video clipping.
• Write and review production code primarily in modern .NET and SQL Server.
• Define and monitor system health metrics, run incident reviews, and improve reliability.
• Mentor engineers, set technical standards, and foster growth through pairing and reviews.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ukraine and work fully remotely within Ukraine.
• Proven technical leadership with experience leading small teams or streams of work end-to-end.
• Strong problem ownership from discovery through scaling with practical problem-solving skills.
• Clear and direct communication with team and stakeholders.
• AI-native mindset comfortable using and verifying AI-assisted development tools.
• Experience with backend development, preferably in .NET and SQL Server.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, CI/CD, feature flags, and safe rollouts.
• Background in media/video pipelines or content analytics products.
• Interest in sports and fan engagement.
