What you will do

• Build strong partnerships with sales, marketing, channel, and after-sales teams to collect and prioritize business requirements.
• Understand sales processes deeply and identify digital improvement opportunities.
• Act as the business voice in IT project initiation, solution evaluation, and ROI analysis.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate communication between business and technology teams.
• Collaborate on defining sales KPIs and reporting requirements to provide timely business insights.
• Drive sales data quality improvements and support analytics use cases like forecasting and segmentation.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Shanghai, China
• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of IT/digital/business analysis experience, with at least 2–3 years supporting sales or customer-facing functions.
• Experience in sales-driven organizations preferred.
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English; able to communicate effectively cross-regionally and cross-culturally.

Nice to have

• Professional certification such as PMP.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain & Finance.
• Proficiency with DevOps, SQL, or Power BI DAX.
