What you will do

• Lead technical initiatives to automate network engineering for global infrastructure reliability.
• Grow global Platform infrastructure by developing and maintaining software, tooling, and automations.
• Collaborate with an inclusive approach, focusing on operational excellence.
• Respond to and prevent customer impact from major incidents, participating in an on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Background in software engineering; public cloud and managed Kubernetes services experience.
• Experience operating a SaaS product in a public cloud, ideally with Infrastructure-as-Code tooling such as Crossplane or Terraform.
• Experience building or operating Kubernetes-at-scale infrastructure across multiple cloud providers.
• Proficiency in Golang or other programming languages.
• Professional skills in Linux system administration on distributed systems at scale.
• Proven experience in leading and improving alerting, major incident management, and metrics systems (e.g., hirify.global Stack, Graphite, Prometheus, Influx).
