What you will do

• Design, implement, and support SAP SuccessFactors and UKG HRSD solutions globally.
• Lead digitalization of HR processes and rollout of new platform modules.
• Configure and administer SAP SuccessFactors modules and integrations.
• Apply agile methodologies in daily operations and projects.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams for system integration and improvements.
• Provide training and support to global and local HR operations.

Requirements

• Location: Based in or near Porto, Portugal with hybrid work (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
• 5+ years consulting or industry experience in HR and SAP SuccessFactors.
• 3+ years experience configuring and supporting SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Experience with integrations and API-based systems.
• Business fluent English required for international collaboration
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to drive projects independently.
