What you will do

• Build and maintain BI dashboards to monitor payment performance end-to-end.
• Define payment KPIs and reporting standards for consistent measurement.
• Investigate anomalies and perform root-cause analysis with cross-functional teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve payment conversion and reliability with actionable recommendations.
• Design, run, and analyze A/B tests including hypothesis and statistical evaluation.
• Partner with IT to improve tracking quality, data accuracy, and dashboard reliability.

Requirements

• Must be able to work remotely from Armenia.
• 3+ years experience in product or data analytics, preferably in fintech or payments.
• Strong SQL skills and experience building dashboards in BI tools.
• Experience with A/B testing and root-cause analysis in complex payment scenarios.
• English proficiency at B1+ level for documentation and communication.
• Strong business thinking and ability to translate data into product opportunities.

Nice to have

• Experience with ETL/ELT, data modeling, and event tracking tools.
• Python or R skills for analytics and statistics knowledge.
