What you will do

• Own technical outcomes from POC to production, building frontend workflows, backend services, and customer-specific integrations.
• Build intuitive React/TypeScript UIs and robust Python backend logic for large-scale LLM applications.
• Produce reference architectures, reusable UI components, and integration templates, upstreaming improvements to Product & Engineering.
• Unblock enterprise environments by defining API requirements, designing data flows, and integrating with customer systems.
• Define success metrics with customers and implement testing, monitoring, and observability for customer-facing workflows.
• Work closely with users, product managers, designers, and engineers to understand customer workflows and shape end-to-end experiences.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in Full-Stack Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Forward-Deployed/Customer-Facing Engineering roles.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Python backend development.
• Solid mastery of REST APIs, data modeling, SQL databases, CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and production-grade coding standards.
• Experience shipping customer-facing features and operating production systems, integrating with enterprise systems.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable working with customer executives and engineering teams under time pressure.
• Must be a resident of the European Union with an EU passport.
