What you will do

• Lead and develop a high-performing consulting team with strong employee engagement and career growth.
• Oversee project execution ensuring governance, risk mitigation, and successful outcomes.
• Drive long-term customer engagement and partner with Sales and Go-To-Market teams.
• Manage services revenue growth, profitability, forecasting, and billing processes.
• Champion continuous improvement and contribute to global best practices and methodologies.
• Own regional resource management and provide insights for financial and operational planning.

Requirements

• Must be located in Sydney or Melbourne, Australia.
• 5+ years as a Practice Leader with people management and P&L responsibility.
• 5 years of IT Project Management experience managing projects from $400K to $2M+.
• Proven leadership and consulting experience in professional services and software implementation.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to engage senior management and support sales initiatives.
• University degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent experience.
