What you will do

• Deliver solutions across various web experiences, including marketing sites, account onboarding flows, and trading platform interfaces.
• Lead the design and implementation of multi-step account opening processes, ensuring a seamless, intuitive, and conversion-focused user experience.
• Take full ownership of the primary marketing website, optimizing its performance and user experience to maximize engagement and drive conversions.
• Write application code using the Svelte.js framework and improve code quality through pull request reviews.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams, other engineers, and business stakeholders on design, testing, and engineering decisions.
• Provide guidance and leadership to junior team members when questions arise about language or implementation specifics.

Requirements

• Deep familiarity with JavaScript, CSS, and HTML details.
• Substantial experience with a modern Single Page Application framework such as React, Vue, or Svelte.
• Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques and best practices.
• Familiarity with TypeScript, AWS services, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Experience writing view-oriented unit tests using Jest or similar JavaScript testing frameworks.
• Ability to translate UX/UI designs into production-quality application code.
