What you will do

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms
• Develop media plans and strategies aligned with client objectives
• Monitor and optimize daily campaign performance
• Analyze campaign data and provide insights and reports to clients
• Manage media buying for multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Ensure compliance with Meta policies for sensitive industries
• Communicate performance results clearly to clients and stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience with Meta Ads Manager
• Strong media planning and strategy skills
• Solid analytical skills for performance data interpretation
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience in cannabis marketing or digital marketing agency preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
