Salary: €40,000 - €60,000 gross/year

What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy high-performance microservices using Golang.
• Manage deployments via GitOps pipelines and monitor performance in production, practicing "You build it, you run it."
• Translate complex legal and regulatory requirements into clean, elegant software solutions.
• Utilize AI coding assistants to speed up routine tasks like unit tests and documentation.
• Collaborate with SREs and Senior Engineers to ensure fault tolerance and reliability in distributed environments.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of backend experience with a solid grasp of Golang, including goroutines, interfaces, and idiomatic Go.
• Strong engineering mindset with a focus on code quality, testability, and design patterns.
• Comfortable working with Docker and exposure to Kubernetes in a cloud-native environment.
• Experience building clean, documented RESTful or gRPC APIs.
• English proficiency required.
