HR Executive

📍 Limassol, Cyprus
SiGMA Group (est. 2014) is a global leader in gaming, emerging tech, affiliate marketing, events, and media — with 250+ employees across Malta, Cyprus, Serbia, São Paulo, Manila, and India. The team is now looking for an experienced HR Executive with strong BambooHR expertise to support end-to-end HR operations and help scale the organisation.
What you’ll do
— Lead full onboarding & offboarding processes
— Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR reports
— Support employee relations, performance cycles, and development plans
— Handle payroll coordination, benefits, and leave management
— Prepare HR communications and policy updates
— Identify and implement HR process improvements
What you need
— 3+ years of HR experience
— Strong hands-on experience with BambooHR setup, customization & daily operations
— Excellent English & Greek
— Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
— High attention to detail and confidentiality
— Proficiency in MS Office & HRIS tools
