What you will do

• Manage YouTube presence including content strategy, visual identity, and audience engagement
• Craft guidelines for viral titles, descriptions, and thumbnails optimized for discovery
• Design and execute A/B tests to improve content strategy and channel performance
• Research emerging content formats and trends to develop new video formats
• Monitor subscriber growth, watch time, and revenue while optimizing monetization
• Analyze YouTube Studio insights and collaborate with marketing, engineering, and content teams

Requirements

• Remote work with presence in specified cities
• English proficiency at least B2 level
• Experience scaling YouTube channels and managing high-subscriber properties
• Proficiency in YouTube Studio analytics, algorithm optimization, and monetization
• Strong skills in A/B testing and data analysis
• Self-directed, creative, and performance-oriented mindset
