• Create videos and visual content using internal and third-party AI tools across multiple genres and formats
• Build scalable AI video production workflows from concept to content rapidly
• Conduct A/B testing of visual styles and storytelling to maximize engagement
• Stay ahead of social media visual trends to lead innovation
• Manage partner creators and maintain artistic oversight to ensure brand consistency
• Collaborate with engineering to optimize processes and output quality

Requirements

• Remote work with presence in Berlin, London, New York, Los Angeles, or San Francisco
• English proficiency at least B2 level
• Extensive portfolio of AI-generated content and expert proficiency with AI video and traditional production tools
• Experience managing creative workflows and production pipelines
• Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration
