Location: Remote with residence in a time zone no more than ±2 hours from EU or UAE time. Multiple remote locations available including Berlin, Dubai, Singapore, Sofia, Dublin, Cape Town, London, Lviv, Kyiv, and Houston.

What you will do

• Develop creative concepts across all production phases including social media formats and executions.
• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos for social media shorts, YouTube clips, ads, VSLs, trailers, aftermovies, and podcasts.
• Collaborate closely with marketing teams to translate brand messages into compelling visual content.
• Stay updated with marketing trends and best practices for video content across platforms.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining high organization and productivity.
• Perform quality checks to ensure videos meet high company standards.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in video editing or production with a strong portfolio.
• Expert knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
• Deep understanding of color correction, audio editing, and post-production processes.
• Strong commitment to visual storytelling and creativity in producing engaging content.
• Excellent project management and teamwork skills.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
• Residence in a time zone no more than ±2 hours from EU or UAE time.
• Full commitment to a full-time position.

Nice to have

• Experience creating marketing videos or talking-head content.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Illustrator.
