What you will do

• Collaborate with analysts, data engineers, and product teams to define telemetry needs for game systems.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports with relevant KPIs and product usage metrics.
• Support telemetry implementation design and validation to ensure data accuracy.
• Conduct exploratory and targeted analyses to answer product-related questions and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders across development, design, and production teams.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to validate hypotheses and assess business outcomes.

Requirements

• Location: Must work mainly from Warsaw office, Poland
• 2+ years experience in Product or Data analyst roles.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of statistics and A/B testing concepts.
• Ability to handle large data sets, create reports, and recognize patterns.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
