Insider Threat Analyst (Cybersecurity): Build and operate an Insider Threat Program focusing on detection, assessment, and mitigation of insider risks across technical and non-technical data sources with an accent on behavioral indicators and security standards. What you will do

• Monitor and triage insider threat alerts and incidents using approved tools and playbooks.
• Investigate and analyze behavioral indicators and data from multiple sources to identify insider risks.
• Collaborate with Physical Security, HR, Cybersecurity, Legal, and other teams to manage insider threat cases.
• Maintain documentation, contribute to metrics, and improve insider threat processes and playbooks.
• Deliver security awareness training and prepare reports on insider threat trends and compliance.

Requirements

• Must be based on-site in Austin, Texas, United States with U.S. Person status and ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant fields and 3-5 years experience in security, investigations, or related roles.
• Familiarity with 13 adjudicative guidelines, behavioral analysis, and structured investigative processes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional internal teams.
• Ability to work in SCIF environments and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Nice to have

• Active TS/SCI clearance and experience in defense or cleared contractor environments.
• Knowledge of CMMC, NISPOM, SEAD, and experience with case management, UEBA, SIEM, or HRIS tools.
• Participation in insider threat or personnel security programs and training development.
