What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance systems using Rust

• Work on backend and distributed systems, including peer-to-peer and blockchain components
• Collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders to understand requirements and delivery goals
• Ensure code quality, reliability, security, and scalability across systems

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Rust
• Strong background in backend or systems engineering
• Experience with peer-to-peer systems (highly desirable)
• Blockchain experience is a plus
• Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals such as consensus mechanisms, cryptography, and smart contracts
