What you will do

• Provide high-quality optimisation management and training to GDS hotel customers.
• Develop training, strategy, and audit plans based on hotel needs.
• Assist with rate checking, rate loading, and best practices.
• Resolve escalated support issues for VIP clients and top accounts.
• Engage with GDS partners for technical assistance and product feedback.
• Manage daily caseloads ensuring timely delivery of trainings and case closures in CRM.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Pune, India
• Experience in hotel/travel technology and knowledge of major GDSs.
• Previous experience with CRS systems, especially Sabre Hospitality.
• Ability to deliver engaging training and optimisation sessions.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience in KPI/SLA-driven environments.
• High level of autonomy and self-sufficiency.
• English language proficiency; Spanish, German, or French preferred.
