Senior Fullstack Engineer (Industrial AI)

Senior Fullstack Engineer (Industrial AI): Develop and maintain the hirify.global platform software for scalable global IoT deployments with an accent on backend and frontend integration, cloud native application architecture, and AI tool usage. Focus on building resilient, scalable software, optimizing performance, and enhancing platform APIs and CI/CD pipelines.

What you will do

• Architect, build, and maintain the hirify.global platform software for massively-scalable global IoT deployments
• Build, maintain and refactor existing codebases, extend APIs, improve test coverage and address security vulnerabilities
• Work with profilers, benchmarking, and state analysis tools
• Leverage AI tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot
• Identify and eliminate performance bottlenecks
• Solve edge cases and find common truths behind them

Requirements

• Location: Europe Remote
• Deep knowledge of Modern Java (17+) or Kotlin and backend development experience
• Strong software engineering background with 5+ years experience in cloud native applications
• Experience with React, reactive state management, and Chakra UI is a plus
• Proven experience creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and GitOps tools like ArgoCD and Helm
• Experience with event-driven architectures, gRPC, and reactive programming
