hirify.global is an animation studio casting light on a stylized fantasy realm for the upcoming Magic: The Gathering Netflix series.

What you will do

• Represent your craft area professionally on the project and plan department responsibilities based on priority.
• Collaborate with supervisors and other leads to develop optimal task workflows.
• Assign tasks, brief artists, monitor progress, and support accurate scheduling.
• Lead and motivate your team, providing constructive feedback and approving final outputs.
• Present shots and progress in internal and client reviews.
• Help resolve daily technical and artistic challenges and suggest process improvements.

Requirements

• Freelancers or contractors legally able to invoice under Hungarian law.
• 1–2 years of CG artist experience, with at least 1 year in a lead role.
• Deep knowledge of Autodesk Maya lighting/shading features.
• Node-based compositing experience (Nuke).
• Excellent communication, mentorship, and strong estimation skills.
• Solid English skills (spoken and written).
