🚀 We’re Hiring: Manual QA Engineer (Full-time, Remote)
We’re looking for a Manual QA Engineer to join our team and support multiple web application projects (primarily web, with some mobile testing).
✅ Projects include:
-HR platform (Applicant Tracking System)
-Restaurant POS system
-Task management app
-Internal candidate/employee management system
-Other internal initiatives
🛠 Responsibilities:
-Perform manual testing of web and mobile apps (mostly web)
-Review requirements for new features/changes and validate acceptance criteria + real-world scenarios
-Create and maintain test documentation (test cases, checklists, test results)
-Log and track bugs, reproduce issues, and verify fixes
-Help the team structure tasks clearly (steps, expected results, edge cases)
-Work closely with developers, PM
-Join demos/screen-sharing sessions to validate new functionality
-Communicate with customer-side QA/testers in English, onboard them into the project context, and deliver structured feedback to the dev team
-For internal projects: support project coordination / PM functions (priorities, progress, blockers, clear task definitions)
✅ Requirements:
-Proven experience in manual QA
-Good knowledge of QA processes and best practices
-Experience testing web apps (including mobile browsers/devices)
-Strong test documentation and bug reporting skills
-Familiarity with Agile workflows and tools like Jira/Confluence/Asana (or similar)
-Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
-Good spoken and written English
-QA Automation experience is a plus (currently on hold, but valuable for the future)
💰 Rate: $8–$10/hour
🕘 Schedule: Full-time, Mon–Fri, 8 hours/day
⏰ Required availability: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST
💳 Payments: monthly via Payoneer / PayPal / cryptocurrency
🌴 Time off/vacation: subject to prior approval
