What you will do

• Own domestic payment rails and debit transfer experiences including P2P, P2B, scheduled, and recurring payments
• Drive payment performance, reliability, and cost efficiency through automation and monitoring
• Lead migration of legacy payment flows to in-house infrastructure and standardize APIs
• Manage end-to-end UX and UI for debit payments, improving transaction statuses and customer communication
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Manila, Philippines or willing to relocate
• 3+ years in product management within fintech or payments with experience launching customer-facing financial products
• Strong knowledge of domestic and cross-border payments, liquidity, FX, and regulatory frameworks (KYC, AML, compliance)
• Technical understanding of APIs, backend payment flows, and data-driven decision making
• Excellent English communication and strong cross-functional leadership skills

• Experience with crypto payments
• Exposure to AI implementation in fintech products
