What you will do

• Swiftly create and animate graphics and edit videos to meet campaign demands.
• Collaborate with the user acquisition team to deliver motion assets aligned with priorities.
• Adapt designs and produce rapid iterations for spontaneous creative requests.
• Address localization needs for different global markets.
• Produce static ads and thumbnails as needed.
• Experiment with generative AI tools to innovate video concepts and workhirify.globalws.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of motion design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe CC, and Figma or similar software.
• Strong understanding of animation principles and brand guideline consistency.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of basic performance marketing concepts.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.

Nice to have

• Experience in tech or digital marketing industries.
• Experience in femtech, health, and wellbeing sectors.
• Familiarity with Cinema 4D or 3D motion design.
• Basic understanding of user acquisition and CRM creatives.
