🔥 Operations Lead at Statemind (Remote)
We are a leading blockchain security audit company (partners with Lido, Curve, Symbiotic). We’ve helped prevent over $350M in losses. As we scale, we are looking for a hands-on Operations Lead to work closely with our COO and build the foundation for our growth.
Your Mission: You will drive execution across Finance, Legal, Systems, and Coordination. This is a role for a "doer" who can build processes from scratch without creating bureaucracy.
What you’ll do: 📊 Finance: Manage P&L, cash flow, budgeting, and accountant relations. ⚖️ Legal & Admin: Oversee contracts, compliance, and entity management. 🛠 Systems: Optimize tools, payroll, and payments for a distributed team. ✈️ People Ops: Support logistics (visas, relocation) and organize team retreats.
Who we are looking for: ✅ Small Team DNA: You’ve run operations in a tech services company of ~10–30 people. ✅ Financially Savvy: You are comfortable with financial statements and resource planning. ✅ Hands-on: You are ready to execute, not just manage. You know when to add structure and when to stay nimble. ✅ Language: Fluent Russian and professional English. ✅ Interest in Web3: You don't need to be an expert, but you must be curious about DeFi.
⚠️ This is NOT for you if: You prefer corporate structures, large departments, or want to step away from execution.
