What you will do

• Perform data analyses and causal data inference focusing on AB testing
• Model user behavior and develop game simulations using game theory and applied statistics
• Apply machine learning to solve complex problems and build production-ready tools
• Design telemetry to ensure consistent data capture and maintain game data quality
• Create reports and automate business monitoring processes
• Collaborate closely with product managers, game designers, and developers

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work on-site in Belgrade, Serbia
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or related quantitative field
• Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL
• Experience with data visualization tools and best practices
• Strong knowledge of statistics and machine learning concepts
• English: B2 level or higher
