Location: Hybrid (Manila, Philippines)

What you will do

  • Drive client success by resolving complex technical challenges and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key clients.
  • Provide exceptional technical support and customer service in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of hirify.global products to troubleshoot and optimize client solutions.
  • Understand client business needs to identify opportunities for enhanced success.
  • Develop and deliver presentations and training to maximize client investment in hirify.global products.

Requirements

  • Location: Based in Manila, Philippines
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5 years experience in technical or service roles within software, telecommunications, or customer service.
  • Strong analytical and advanced troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Working knowledge of contact center software design and functionality.
