What you will do

  • Perform CDD/KYC for B2B client onboardings, remediation, and periodic reviews.
  • Conduct screening checks to identify Sanctions, PEPs, and Adverse Media.
  • Assess source of wealth/funds and identify AML risks, red flags, and classification for legal entities.
  • Report on suspicious transactions.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to obtain documentation and status updates.
  • Suggest process improvements for the end-to-end operating model.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in a similar B2B role within Digital Assets.
  • Excellent financial crime, KYC, and CDD knowledge.
  • Understanding of capital markets and banking systems.
  • A relevant degree, preferably in law or business, is required.
  • Professional proficiency in English.

Nice to have

  • A compliance qualification (e.g., ACAMS) or a Masters in a related field.
  • Knowledge of the digital assets ecosystem and crypto currency regulation.
