What you will do

• Develop and maintain the hirify.global Android app using Kotlin and modern Android architecture patterns
• Collaborate closely with designers and product managers to deliver delightful user experiences
• Work within small cross-functional squads to meet mission-driven KPIs
• Write simple, well-tested code with a focus on quality and rapid iteration
• Take ownership of features and propose improvements
• Engage in continuous integration and automation practices

Requirements

• Hybrid work model with presence in Athens office 2 days per week
• Fluency in English (B2 level or higher)
• Strong Kotlin programming skills and experience with Android architecture components
• Experience with dependency injection, testing (unit, integration, snapshots), and Git workflows
• Experience with Jetpack Compose and Material Design principles
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Nice to have

• Published original Android app
• Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON
