What you will do

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, frontend and mobile engineers to shape backend solutions.
• Plan and estimate milestones within a cross-functional team.
• Decompose monolithic architecture and build internal and external partner APIs.
• Contribute to migrating the application environment to AWS.
• Apply engineering best practices and resolve technical design issues.

Requirements

• Fluent English and good communication skills for distributed teamwork.
• Solid experience in backend engineering with PHP, Symfony, and MySQL.
• Knowledge of decomposing monolithic architectures, clean coding, TDD, SOLID principles, and Docker.
• Comfortable using AI-powered development tools.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with layered architecture and CQS patterns.
• Understanding of Domain-Driven Design principles.
• API design and AWS experience.
