What you will do

• Take ownership of 3rd Level support for Apple Mac devices and Jamf Pro.
• Guide, mentor, and support 1st and 2nd Level teams.
• Collaborate in defining IT support strategy for Apple devices.
• Support deployment, configuration, and management of macOS devices with JAMF.
• Analyze recurring incidents, identify root causes, and drive process improvement.
• Develop and maintain user guides, documentation, and knowledge base articles.

Requirements

• A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
• Hands-on experience in supporting macOS environments, with deep knowledge of macOS, Jamf administration, and Apple hardware.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Relevant certifications such as Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or Jamf Certified Admin (e.g., Jamf 200 or higher).
