What you will do

• Implement, test, deliver, and maintain data importing and exporting features.
• Lead the team in defining technical direction, architecture, and engineering standards.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering stakeholders for quality.
• Advocate for improvements in product, security, quality, and performance.
• Craft high-quality code and maintain standards through code review.
• Mentor and support other engineers, helping them grow technically and professionally.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Java developer in SaaS projects.
• Strong experience with Microservices frameworks.
• Expertise with RESTful APIs and messaging systems like Kafka.
• Familiarity with Unit, integration, and E2E tests.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives or guide engineering teams is strongly preferred.
• Professional-level English spoken and written.

Nice to have

• Experience with Micronaut framework.
• Experience with CI/CD.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
