Location: Warsaw, Poland (Field-based role with travel to customer sites)

What you will do

• Lead and develop all reporting teams to deliver reliable, high-quality service.
• Manage service operations in Poland, ensuring equipment reliability, efficiency, and compliance with medical regulations.
• Oversee budgets, set goals, track KPIs, and improve service processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Visit end-users to understand their needs, build relationships, and ensure a positive experience with hirify.global.
• Cooperate with distributors in markets outside Poland.

Requirements

• Experience using IoT data, digital platforms, and predictive analytics to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
• Strong focus on delivering transparent, personalized, and responsive service interactions.
• Understanding service contract structures, cost-to-serve, service profitability, and productivity.
• Proven ability to lead teams through transformation, uncertainty, and new digital ways of working.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and resilience to manage high-pressure situations effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in Polish and English, enabling clear and trusted interactions. Willingness to travel to customer sites to represent hirify.global and maintain strong relationships.
