What you will do

• Lead design for features in unannounced projects.
• Work hands-on from research, design, implementation, to balancing gameplay systems.
• Communicate effectively with peers and colleagues in other disciplines.
• Write and maintain design documents.
• Test implemented features and ensure they live up to expectations.
• Actively engage with the community and collaborate with the marketing team to showcase the game.

Requirements

• Solid work experience in system design.
• Solid work experience in gameplay design.
• Experience with scripting.
• Interest in strategy/war games, particularly PDS games.
• English: C1+ required (Fluency)
• Genuine passion for Grand Strategy Games and understanding their appeal.

• A keen interest in history and its narratives.
