hirify.global is looking for a Digital Content Manager to join their Baltic Digital Content Team.

What you will do

• Craft user-centric content for website, e-commerce flows, forms, emails, and other digital customer touchpoints.
• Implement and manage content using content management systems, tracking SEO performance.
• Collaborate with product development, UX, and e-commerce teams to co-design intuitive customer journeys.
• Support A/B testing initiatives by preparing content variations.
• Ensure a coherent tone of voice in customer communication.
• Work with Estonian language content and create English master copies for other Baltic countries.

Requirements

• Strong writing skills across various formats: UX copy, webpages, product content, email communication, with excellent grammar and editing skills.
• Solid understanding of user-centred design, content design, digital usability, and customer-journey principles.
• Working knowledge of SEO and familiarity with analytics/SEO tools.
• Hands-on experience with content management systems.
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong collaboration skills in agile or cross-functional environments.
