What you will do
- Develop and own CRM strategy across multiple communication channels including email and in-game messaging.
- Plan and execute targeted CRM campaigns and lifecycle programs covering acquisition to churn prevention.
- Manage segmentation frameworks and coordinate with creative teams for compelling messaging.
- Monitor CRM performance metrics and conduct A/B and multivariate testing to improve impact.
- Manage CRM platforms, event tracking, and data integration with analytics tools.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, data, and live ops teams to align CRM messaging with product roadmaps and events.
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid work mode with 4 days from the office in Nicosia, Cyprus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention marketing.
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools and customer data platforms.
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting user data and campaign performance.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- English: CV submission in English; job posting in English implies at least B2 level
Nice to have
- UI/UX knowledge.
- Experience in gaming, mobile apps, or subscription-based products.
- Knowledge of SQL or basic data querying.
- Experience with customer segmentation modeling and predictive analytics.
- Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and lifecycle automation.
