Location: Hybrid in Paris, France (2 days home office per week + up to 4 weeks additional full remote flexibility during summer and December)

hirify.global leads the restaurant booking market in Europe, connecting restaurants and diners with products like hirify.global App and hirify.global Manager to digitize restaurant operations.

What you will do

• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design to enhance hirify.global Manager's B2B experience.
• Drive software development efforts, delivering high-quality features with minimum guidance.
• Guide the team in adopting engineering best practices and ensuring high performance of services.
• Shape architectural proposals, write code, and implement tests across all infrastructure layers.
• Produce comprehensive technical documentation, manage team workload, and conduct risk management.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Hands-on experience and deep understanding of Node.js, TypeScript, React, and API development.
• Comfortable navigating complex systems: microservices, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins), Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud environments.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating closely with product, design, and business.
• Promote engineering best practices: quality, testing (TDD, BDD), documentation, observability (Grafana, Kibana), and system health.
• Fluent in English.
• Highly organized and able to work independently, including in distributed/remote setups.

Nice to have

• Previous experience leading a fullstack or B2B SaaS product team.
• Familiarity with RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, and authentication protocols (JWT, OAuth2).
• Experience working on high-availability systems and monitoring production environments at scale.
• A track record of driving technical strategy and aligning engineering roadmaps with product goals.
• Experience working on features leveraging the power of AI.
